At present, shock-resistant
diaphragm pressure gauges have a very wide range of applications in the instrumentation industry, and can be used in different products in different fields. With the continuous expansion of the market, the structure, form and specification of products are becoming more and more abundant, thereby increasing the variety of products and better meeting the needs of different customers. It should be noted that in our actual work, due to the influence of certain factors, the shock-resistant
diaphragm pressure gauge may have some small failures. In order to accurately measure pressure, pressure detection is required. This requires not only the correct selection and verification of the meter, but also attention to the correct installation of the entire system.
First of all, when installing, it is necessary to ensure that the vibration-resistant
diaphragm pressure gauge is installed in the correct way, and it should be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane. In addition, it is necessary to consider whether additional height error correction is required according to the site conditions. Moreover, the pressure measuring point of the instrument and the installation position of the instrument should be in the same horizontal position to avoid slow indication.
Secondly, the distance between the shock-resistant diaphragm pressure gauge device and the measuring point should be as short as possible, and there should be no leakage. At the same time, attention should be paid to sealing, especially inflammable and explosive gas media and toxic and harmful media, but additional errors should not occur.
In addition, in some special applications, in the process of using shock-resistant diaphragm pressure gauges for pressure measurement, attention should be paid to adding corresponding additional devices, otherwise corrections need to be considered.
